About ordering
⏩Can I change the items in my order after ordering?
Once your order is placed, we do not accept cancellations under any circumstances. Please make sure you order the correct items and quantities.
⏩I am anxious about whether my order has been completed. Can I check my order status?
You will receive an "order confirmation email" after your order is completed.
If you don't receive the confirmation email, please check the configuration for domains / your spam folder.
Members can see the contents of their orders via "Order history".
